Apto People is an HR Consultancy that specialises in recruitment while being able to offer generalist HR advice. We changed our name in 2007 to reflect what we are really about.
Apto is Latin for
to fit, suitable, to adapt.
This term applies to all that we do with organisations, we find people who fit an organisation, through suitable methods that are adapted to meet specific needs.
We undertake a review of current recruitment practice to identify areas for improvement. We then work with an organisation to develop their capability to resource effectively for their current and future needs. Our aim is to support self sufficiency while improving quality and decreasing costs.
We screen candidates and only recommend those who fit the brief. We do not sell an individual in order to secure a finder's fee. Our success is dependent on long term relationships. This is reflected in the way we do business with clients. Agreements are tailored to each organisation and the type of support they need.
We have an experienced team with a combination of operational and HR leadership skills gained in both FTSE and start up organisations. We are passionate about what we do operating to exacting standards set by our former HR Director founder, who understands the pressures and constraints that operational HR and resourcing professionals face.
We operate a business model that adapts to specific needs rather than a blanket approach irrespective of requirements. We field an experienced Executive Search Team and Professionally Qualified Specialists. We are able to tailor a team appropriate to each assignment.
